The Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri today marked their 27th convocation ceremony which was grandiose.  During the ceremony, some respected and well-known individuals were given fellowship awards among the awardees is our Archbishop His Grace Most Rev Anthony J.V. Obinna, the Metropolitan Head of Owerri Province and the Archbishop of Owerri Archdiocese; others include Chief Leo Stan Ekeh, Engr. E.C Iwuanyanwu, Hon Dk Chike John Okafor, Capt Emmanuel Ihenacho and host of others.
